Parenting Workshops for Montessori Parents Parenting workshops for Montessori parents are one of the most effective ways to help parents develop an understanding of key Montessori principles and extend the benefits into the home:

- Responsibility for self, others, and the environment - Independence
- Conflict resolution
- Problem solving skills


Workshops may be designed for any school or community wishing  to help parents

- Foster an environment of respect and cooperation
- Help children feel a sense of belonging and significance
- Model mutually respectful communication and conflict resolution strategies
- Understand the roots of misbehavior
- Empower children to develop responsibility, accountability, strong character, persistence, and resilience
- Help children feel and become capable, so they can contribute in useful ways
